Ingredients : Psyllium seed husk (Plantago ovata), inulin, cellulose, acid: citric acid, guar gum, maltodextrin, gum arabic, sweetener: steviol glycosides, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, dextrin, orange flavor, yuzu flavor, modified corn starch, corn starch, Bacillus subtilis HU58, beta carotene, cucumber flavor, corn oil, antioxidants: dl-alpha tocopherol, ascorbic acid.

Usage : Daily Serving : 2 level scoops (8g).

Put two level scoops 8g into an empty glass. Mix with a full glass (250 ml) of water or other liquid. Stir briskly, and drink promptly. If mixture thickens, add more liquid and stir.
